Tonda Arthur has over 23 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as an AVP Relationship Manager and Business Banker at First Bank since August 2017, Tonda has held multiple roles including AVP Commercial Banking Officer for Treasury Services and AVP Banking Center Manager. Previous experience includes positions at ARTHUR'S ELECTRIC SERVICE, INCORPORATED as Assistant Secretary/Treasurer, Retail Banking Manager II at Middleburg Bank, and various operational roles at BB&T. Tonda began the career at First Virginia Bank, progressing from a teller to Loan by Phone Center Manager. Educational background includes a BFA in Art with a focus on Textiles from Virginia Commonwealth University and completion of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management.
