Heather Araujo

Heather Araujo is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in outside plant engineering and fiber infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Fiber Infrastructure Manager for New England at FirstLight Fiber since March 2019, Heather has also held roles including OSP Engineering Manager for New Hampshire and Massachusetts and Outside Plant Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at Consolidated Communications, LS Technologies, LLC, and FairPoint Communications, where Heather honed skills in technical support and engineering. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
