Nick Coetzee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and business development. Since June 2016, Nick has served as the Head of Axial for Owners, focused on helping business owners achieve their dream exits. Previously, Nick held roles as VP of Operations and Chief of Staff, overseeing strategy, business operations, people, and finance. In addition to mentoring at First Round Capital and being an executive member at Pavilion since 2021, Nick has also contributed to growth at Humin as Director of Growth prior to its acquisition by Tinder. Nick's early career includes product management at WillowTree, founding Studiously, and supporting strategic initiatives at Techstars. Nick's educational background includes a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
