Johan Olsson

Johan Olsson is an accomplished veterinarian and entrepreneur with extensive experience in animal welfare and veterinary consultancy. Currently serving as Owner and CEO of Bos Taurus Veterinary Consultants AB since November 2020, Johan also contributes as a writer of national guidelines for animal welfare at slaughterhouses for SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. Involved with Firstvet since November 2019, Johan provides video counseling to pet owners and participates in the Veterinary Advisory Board. Previously, Johan held various significant roles, including Veterinary Expert of the Regional Government at the County Administrative Board in Jämtland and Deputy Veterinary Officer at the National Veterinary Institute in Sweden. Johan's education includes a DVM in Veterinary Medicine and Biomedicine from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole and the University of Copenhagen, completed in 2008.
