Prior to this, Steve was a Partner at Genesis Performance Partners, LLC, focusing on leadership development and manufacturing optimization from January 2010 to November 2014. Previous experience at International Paper included managerial roles in logistics and customer service, where significant cost reductions and operational optimizations were achieved. Steve's career began at Alabama River Newsprint and includes progressive leadership roles at Champion International Corporation. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
