Rodolfo Almeida

Rodolfo Almeida has extensive experience in process engineering and management within the nonwoven production industry, currently serving as Process & Product Manager at Fitesa since May 2011, after progressing from the role of Process & Product Coordinator. Almeida leads technical aspects of spunbond, meltblown, and carding technology, focusing on process stability, product development, and strategic project management. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer - Trainee at AGCO Corporation, contributing to strategic projects aimed at market share enhancement, and as a Process Engineer - Trainee at DHB Componentes Automotivos, where contributions were made to manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. Rodolfo Almeida holds an MBA in Project Management from Unisinos and a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial and Automotive Engineering from ULBRA.
