Irina Fine

Irina Fine, MBA, CPA, currently serves as the Managing Director at Japanese Weekend, overseeing the production of natural, vegan, and eco-friendly skincare products. In addition, Irina is the Chief Executive Officer of Fine Leadership Coaching, providing mentorship and consulting on mindful leadership for improved organizational results. With extensive experience as a Senior Master Yoga, Meditation, and Pilates Teacher at LA Fitness and Park Yoga, Irina has developed a unique style of yoga rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Previous roles include Director of Financial Reporting at MacAndrews & Forbes, where responsibilities encompassed SEC reporting and integrating business acquisitions, and Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, leading global audit services and internal control evaluations. Irina holds an Inner MBA from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance.
