Dragan Aritonovic is a skilled professional with experience in customer excellence and project management at Fitpass Serbia, where responsibilities include diagnosing issues, escalating to IT teams, and managing project documentation since January 2022. Previously, Dragan served as a Service Desk Associate at NCR Corporation from May 2019 to January 2022, providing technical support and resolving customer issues. Dragan holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance from the Faculty of Economics, completing studies between October 2012 and June 2018.
