Wes Marks has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, primarily in operations and management roles. Wes is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Five Star Parks and Attractions since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Department of Wonder from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on creating immersive entertainment experiences.
Before that, Wes held various positions at Main Event, starting as the Director of Operations from 2013 to 2021, where they demonstrated strong leadership and achieved high guest and employee satisfaction scores. Wes also served as the Sr. Regional Director of Operations from 2021 to 2021 and played a key role in the company's reopening efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a General Manager from 2010 to 2013, they won multiple awards and was recognized for their coaching excellence.
Prior to Main Event, Wes worked at Parc Management as a General Manager from 2009 to 2010, overseeing various FEC brands. Wes also gained valuable experience at Palace Entertainment as a General Manager from 1995 to 2009, where they managed multiple Family Entertainment Centers and Water parks across the country.
Wes Marks attended Lone Star College-Tomball from 1995 to 2000, where they studied Business. Wes also obtained an Oz Principles Accountability Certification from Culture Partners.
