Ervin Kleitz Gonzales

Ervin Kleitz Gonzales is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in front-end development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and WFO Lead UI Engineer at Five9 since August 2021, Ervin leads a small team in developing next-generation UI for the WFO product, facilitates SCRUM ceremonies, and maintains CI/CD pipelines and internal libraries. Prior to Five9, Ervin worked at Edifecs as a Senior Front End Software Engineer, focusing on building cross-browser SASS healthcare applications and migrating legacy applications from AngularJS to React. Ervin also has experience as a UI Lead at CLEVER Influencer Marketing Agency, a JavaScript mentor at V School, and an Engineering Manager at Mobile Express Contact Solutions, where leadership and project management were key responsibilities. Throughout the career, Ervin has utilized various technologies, including React, Typescript, ES6, and maintainable coding practices, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
