Jonathan Olson

Jonathan Olson is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as Regional Director at Fivetran, where responsibilities include managing a $135M ARR book of business and overseeing a team of eight. Previous roles at Fivetran included Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Success, focusing on product adoption and expansion in North America and Latin America. As Founder of Classy, Jonathan facilitates class action payouts within an invite-only membership community. Additionally, Jonathan has held various positions in revenue operations and sales at companies such as Apto, Sovos ShipCompliant, and WheelBuilder.com, as well as a series of production assistant roles in the entertainment industry. Jonathan holds an M.B.A. and a degree in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business.
