Isaac Cohen is the Director of People Analytics and Data Science at Flagship Pioneering, where leadership encompasses the development of People Analytics capabilities and the implementation of advanced machine learning and natural language processing solutions. Previous roles include Associate Director of Talent Intelligence and Knowledge Management Lead, also at Flagship Pioneering, and various leadership positions at Amazon, adidas, McKinsey & Company, MediaLink, and AC Lion. Isaac Cohen holds a BA in Political Science from Yeshiva University and possesses extensive experience in talent research, operations, and analytics across multiple industries, contributing to the advancement of human capital and strategic decision-making.
