Sunand Menon

Sunand Menon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, digital transformation, and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Flagship Pioneering, Sunand focuses on growing AI-first companies within Pioneering Intelligence. As an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, Sunand co-created a course on Leading in the Digital Era while conducting research on digital transformation and leadership. Sunand co-founded and chairs RAQTS / PIQLZ, a SaaS company enhancing experiences in pickleball and tennis. Previously, Sunand held leadership roles at New Media Insight, RANE, PTC, Iron Mountain, Thomson Reuters, and Procter & Gamble, contributing significantly to the development of data and analytics businesses and strategic corporate transformations. Sunand holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a thesis from Imperial College London.
