A passionate Content Designer with experience working within squads to create content that meets user needs. You excel at crafting concise, accessible content while keeping consistency and tone of voice in mind. You're excited by the prospect of contributing to a scale-up in its growth journey. 

As a Content Designer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Flagstone’s content (including copy) is clear, accessible, and engaging, while adhering to our style guidelines. 

• Design, iterate, and optimise content (including copy) for your tribe/squad, ensuring it aligns with user needs and follows content design best practices.
• Use evidence, data, and insights from user researchers to inform content decisions. 
• Collaborate closely with product designers to test, validate, and iterate on content. 
• Contribute to content standards, including maintaining the Content Style Guide, content patterns, and the design system. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously refine your content approach. 

• UX-specific experience, contributing UX value to shipped products/features 
• Strong UX sensibilities, including prototyping 
• Experience with A/B testing content and copy 
• Strong understanding of the finance and banking sector
