Chris Ganseman

Chris Ganseman is a Senior Research Engineer at Flanders Make since August 2016, leading projects focused on an open platform for off-highway vehicles, electromechanical drivetrain design, and autonomous technology. Prior to this role, Chris served as Design Engineering Manager at Sensata Technologies, overseeing a team in the development of high-temperature sensors for the automotive sector. Chris's background includes a decade as Lead Design Engineer at Sensor N.I.T.E., where responsibility included designing EGR flow sensors and high-temperature sensors, and earlier experiences at CNH Industrial as a Design Engineer and Quality Engineer for harvester equipment. Chris holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in the same field, both from KU Leuven.
