Frederik Pynt Herlman

Frederik Pynt Herlman is a seasoned professional in operations and strategy with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as VP of Global Operations at Flatpay since February 2025, Frederik previously co-founded CBS Padel in January 2021, focusing on building a thriving Padel community through events and tournaments. At All Gravy from April 2021 to February 2025, Frederik held various roles, including Director of Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational oversight across countries and compliance management. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Ethan Partners, a global executive search firm, where Frederik excelled in leading executive searches and managing client relationships. Frederik holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and a Higher Commercial Examination (HHX) in Entrepreneurship from Roskilde Handelsskole.
