In 2019, they were appointed Director of Trade Compliance Solutions at Descartes Systems Group. Currently, they are the Head of Global Trade Compliance at FlavorCloud Inc.
Whit Bolland's education history consists of four distinct experiences. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Northwestern University to study International Business. From 2000 to 2003, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a B.A. in International Studies, Political Science, and Linguistics. From 2000 to 2001, they attended Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz to study International Relations and Affairs. Finally, from 1997 to 1998, they attended the Koninklijk Atheneum te Keerbergen (Royal Atheneum of Keerbergen) Belgium, where they earned a Getuigschrift van Hoger Secundair Onderwijs (Diploma of Higher Secondary Education).
