Flax & Kale is a food company that manufactures and develops healthy and sustainable foods. Today, the company employs over 300 people to service eight restaurants in Lleida, Barcelona, and Madrid, as well as a central office in Barcelona and a workshop of over 6,500 square meters in Bell-lloc d'Urgell (Lleida), which includes its ownR+D+i center and other central offices. Flax & Kale is driven by a desire to use healthy eating as a catalyst for change in order to improve people's lives and achieve a healthier, happier, and more sustainable world.
