Sachin Managave is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Manager Engineering at Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd. since May 2020. In this role, Sachin leads new product development projects, creates innovative cost-effective solutions, and performs competitive analysis to enhance product portfolios. Prior to this, Sachin worked at Cummins Inc. for nearly nine years, progressing through various engineering roles including Technical Specialist Product Engineer. Responsibilities included managing project implementations, utilizing Design for Six Sigma methodologies, and conducting design validations. Sachin holds a Master of Technology in Mechanical Design Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering.
