Cliff Aultman

Cliff Aultman currently serves as Sr. Manager of Customer Success Programs at Fleetio, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Aultman held various leadership positions at WP Engine from December 2014 to November 2023, including Director of Customer Success Operations, where responsibilities included developing strategic initiatives for customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Aultman also led Go-To-Market strategies as Sr. Manager of Customer Experience Operations and managed a team of Technical Program Managers. Earlier experience includes positions at Hostgator.com, where Aultman supervised the Technical Support team and was pivotal in establishing and enhancing the Quality Assurance department. Aultman earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Pre-Medicine from St. Edward's University.
