Olga B. has a strong background in quality assurance and software testing. Olga began their career as a Junior Software Testing Engineer at EPAM Systems, where they worked on small projects involving document management systems. Olga then moved up to the role of Software Testing Engineer, focusing on a healthcare application and implementing automation processes.

After their time at EPAM Systems, Olga joined Quandoo GmbH as a QA Engineer, where they primarily focused on testing a restaurant reservation platform. Olga had extensive experience testing software on various platforms and collaborated with multiple teams.

Following their role at Quandoo GmbH, Olga worked as a QA Engineer at 9Cookies, responsible for testing various products related to online food delivery platforms. Olga played a key role in improving the quality process within the team and worked closely with developers, QAs, automation engineers, and designers.

Most recently, Olga worked at Delivery Hero SE as a QA Engineer. Their responsibilities included testing multiple applications for online food ordering and managing online orders from different platforms. Olga also worked closely with a team of 10+ people and actively contributed to the quality process.

Olga is currently working as a QA Manager at Flexperto, where they oversee the quality assurance activities within the company. Their expertise and experience in software testing make their a valuable asset in ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Olga B. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computational Linguistics from Minsk State Linguistic University, which they attended from 2009 to 2014. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Stratoplan Management School, where they focused on subjects such as People Management, Project Management / PMI, Negotiations, Communication, Motivation, and Leadership.

Additionally, Olga B. has obtained several certifications over the years. In July 2021, they obtained a Deutsch B1 certification from Goethe-Institut e.V. In July 2016, they received the ISTQB Foundation Level certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In March 2013, they completed the Software Testing Introduction course offered by EPAM Systems. Finally, in April 2012, they completed the Software Testing/QA Introductory Course from the Belhard Training Center.
