Previously, Jessi held the position of Culinary Director at Dixie Technical College from February 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing operating procedures, managing budgets, designing kitchen curricula, and securing strategic partnerships. Prior to that, Jessi operated Chef Jessi, LLC as a culinary consultant and event planner, providing services such as menu development and catering. Jessi's career also includes five years at Food in Bloom Catering, focusing on large-scale event production and corporate client management, along with various roles in restaurants post-graduation from The Culinary Institute of America. Jessi is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University.
