Natashia Raponi

Natashia Raponi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and business partnership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Talent Business Partner at Flipp since September 2021, Natashia has also held positions at Ceridian as an Early Talent Advisor and Talent Sourcer from February 2019 to September 2021, and at Softchoice in various roles including Sourcing Specialist and Talent Development Coordinator from January 2015 to February 2019. Natashia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminology from Ryerson University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
