Amber Larsen

Amber Larsen is currently the Team Experience Manager at Float.com, overseeing employee experience programs focused on onboarding, engagement, feedback, performance, and values activation. Amber designed and implemented an employee listening strategy and led the redesign of company values. Previously, Amber served as the Director of Learning and Development at MetaLab, where responsibilities included the development of targeted learning programs and employee listening strategies. With a strong background in project management and team collaboration, Amber has held various roles across organizations including Director of Projects and Manager of Projects, focusing on high-impact digital product delivery and team development. Amber holds a Graduate Certificate in Strategic HR and has received multiple certificates in leadership and organizational skills from Royal Roads University, alongside a BFA in Visual Arts from the University of Victoria and a BA Hons in Photography from Nottingham Trent University.
