Previous roles include delivering face-to-face therapy at Living Life Counselling and working in various capacities at KBC Bank Ireland, where responsibilities spanned customer experience management and training. Lorna's educational background includes a BA Hons in Integrative Counselling and Art Therapy, an Accredited Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching, and several other qualifications in psychotherapy, human resources, and event management.
