Eric Holm

Eric Holm has a vast work experience that spans over several companies. Eric started their career in 2000 as an Stl at Mervyn's, and then worked as a District Team Leader at Mervyns from 2002 to 2006, overseeing multiple stores and driving sales. From 2006 to 2014, they served as a Store Team Leader at Target, responsible for daily store operations, guest experience, and sales. Eric then became a Store Manager at Kohl's Department Stores from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Store Manager in Training, completing both leadership and technical training, and later becoming a Store Manager. Finally, they worked at Floor & Decor, where they held roles such as Chief Executive Merchant, Regional Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Divisional Operations Director since January 2019.
