Dibakar Saha

Dibakar Saha, Ph.D., P.E., PTOE, RSP2I, is a seasoned Traffic Services Safety Engineer with the Florida Department of Transportation since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Transportation Engineer at the Arizona Department of Transportation and as a Research Associate at both Florida Atlantic University and the Lehman Center for Transportation Research. Dibakar Saha's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, along with a Master of Science in Civil and Transportation Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
