Jordan Wiley

Jordan Wiley has an extensive background in guest experience and operations within the sports industry. Currently serving as Guest Experience Manager for the Florida Panthers since April 2024, Jordan has previously held the position of Manager of Guest Experience with the Charlotte Hornets from October 2022 to April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager and Assistant Account Manager at BEST Crowd Management, as well as Stadium Operations Manager for the Charleston RiverDogs. Early career experiences involved internships with the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and Charlotte Independence, along with a tenure in the United States Air Force. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Winthrop University.
