Flowcarbon
Ilan Stern has worked in a variety of roles in the finance industry since 2004. Ilan began their career as an Associate Director at Bear Stearns & Co. in 2004, then moved to Merrill Lynch as Vice President in 2007. In 2008, they were a Portfolio Manager at Soros Fund Management, followed by a role as MD GP at General Catalyst in 2018. In 2019, they became the Chief Investment Officer at 166 2nd, and in 2021 they co-founded Flow Carbon. Ilan is currently the Director of Flow, a position they have held since 2022.
Ilan Stern attended Queens College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics.
