Emily Roy, PHR is a Senior Benefits Manager at Fluence with experience in global total rewards and mobility. Prior to Fluence, Emily worked at The AES Corporation as a Senior Human Resources Analyst and at Habitat for Humanity International as a Government Relations Office Administrator. Emily also served as a Benefits Administrator at First Financial Bank. Emily holds a BA in Spanish, Business Administration, Finance, and Management from the University of Miami.
