Harsha Grandhi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and delivery, currently serving as Assistant Vice President - Delivery at Fluentgrid Limited since August 2016. In this role, Harsha manages various national and international Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects, overseeing the profitability and loss (P&L) of the AMI vertical. Previously, Harsha held roles as Senior Project Manager and PMO-Head, contributing to significant government initiatives and successful project implementations.
