Elizabeth Watts

Elizabeth Watts is a talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Fluidstack since August 2025, Elizabeth previously spent a decade at Palantir Technologies, where roles included leading the Palantir Experience & Talent Brand and overseeing various recruiting programs and events. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, positions at Cvent as a Sales Associate and in recruitment roles further developed expertise in talent acquisition and event management. Elizabeth holds an ABJ in Journalism from The University of Georgia, earned in 2013.
