David mc Elroy

David Mc Elroy is an experienced professional with a robust background in sports management and military operations. Currently serving as Head of Group Sports at Flutter Entertainment since October 2015, David leads a diverse team responsible for managing offerings in over 20 sports and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive innovation. David has held multiple leadership roles within Flutter, including Head of Third Party Global Sports and Head of Commercial Negotiations, demonstrating expertise in pricing, data management, and partnership development. Prior to this, David served in the Irish Defence Forces, where roles included Military Advisor, Human Resources Staff Officer, and various leadership positions, including Captain in the United Nations and NATO KFOR. David's educational accomplishments include a Master's in Business Administration from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Sociology & Politics from the University of Galway.
