Kat McGurk

Kat McGurk is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, diversity, equity, inclusion, and strategic program management. Currently serving as Group Director of HR Operations and Transformation at Flutter Entertainment, Kat drives DEI initiatives for over 20,000 employees across multiple countries and has successfully implemented a global DEI strategy. Previously, Kat held various leadership roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, where responsibilities included overseeing global customer solutions and partnerships as well as managing a significant investment product portfolio. Kat's career also includes key roles at Paddy Power Betfair, Veritas Technologies Corporation, Symantec, and Messagelabs, complemented by a diverse educational background including the Oxford Women's Leadership Development Programme and degrees in Environmental Science and Graphic Communication Management.
