Geoffrey Fiador

Geoffrey Fiador is an experienced operations and partnerships manager currently leading Flutterwave's Ghana expansion program, focusing on partnerships with banks and mobile network operators since November 2020. Previously, Geoffrey served as a business development manager at Flutterwave, contributing to the company's growth in the Ghanaian market. Prior to this, Geoffrey held the position of Lead, Digital Banking & Innovation at Access Bank Plc, focusing on E-commerce and POS acquiring, and negotiating contracts to enhance profitability. Additionally, Geoffrey was a relationship officer at Access Bank (Ghana) Ltd., where responsibilities included prospecting new customers and managing key relationships, as well as overseeing ATM and POS management to ensure operational efficiency and security. Geoffrey holds a BSc in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and completed intensive banking training at Access Bank School of Banking Excellence in Nigeria.
