Leentje Demeester

Leentje Demeester is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, organizational culture transformation, and leadership development. From July 2018 to July 2022, Leentje served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Fluvius, where responsibilities included leading cultural transformation projects and overseeing leadership and lean development initiatives. Prior experience at Eandis from May 2009 to June 2018 involved leading projects on alternative workplace strategies and improving talent management processes.
