Jeff Coleman, Ph.D., CMPC, is a seasoned leadership consultant currently affiliated with FMI since April 2022 and the owner of Coleman Performance Group, LLC since July 2018. Previously, Jeff served as Master Coach and Vice President of Coaching and Content at Valor Performance, Inc., where responsibilities included building a community of high-performance coaches and developing curriculum for clients. Prior to this, Jeff was a Performance Psychology Instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point for a decade. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Sport Psychology from Florida State University, along with a Master of Education in Kinesiology from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
