Russell Estill has extensive experience in managing food centers and overseeing HR functions. Russell has held various HR management positions at different companies, such as The Home Depot and Focus: HOPE. Russell also worked as a Legislative Aide for the Detroit City Council, where Russell researched laws and assisted in creating ordinances and resolutions. Russell holds a Master's degree in Public Administration/Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Lincoln University (MO).
