Vanessa Maren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and technology, currently serving as an Advisor to the CEO of Fonbnk, focusing on scaling a stablecoin settlement platform. Previously, Vanessa held the position of CEO at Story by JP Morgan, achieving significant growth in rental payments and employee engagement. At Visa, Vanessa accelerated the growth of a real-time payments platform and forged strategic partnerships during the Covid-19 pandemic. As the Founder and Managing Director of GloveRock Capital Partners, Vanessa specialized in private equity advisory and raised approximately $780 million across various sectors. Additional notable roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships at Bloomberg and Principal at Barclays, where Vanessa co-led a Pan-African investment banking team.
