Currently serving as the Head of Consumer Innovation at Fonterra since May 2018, Jennifer oversees the Global Innovation strategy for Anchor branded products, acting as a key interface between marketing and technical teams. Previous roles include Innovation Project Manager at The Better Drinks Co, Technical and Business Development Manager at Smartfoods Limited, and various positions at Tasti Products Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from managing private label clients to leading product development teams. Earlier career experience includes roles at Cerebos Gregg's and United Biscuits, focusing on innovation and food safety. Jennifer holds a BSc Hons in Nutrition from the University of Surrey and is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Administration with a focus on marketing at Massey University.
