Hans Schep

Hans Schep currently serves as the General Manager of Ford PRO Europe since December 2021, while also holding board member positions at Ford Fleet Management and Ford Otosan since 2019. Previously, Hans was the General Manager for Commercial Vehicles at Ford of Europe and held several key positions within Ford Motor Company from 2007 to 2021, including Director of Product Marketing and Regional Director of European Sales Operations. Prior experience also includes a role as Managing Director of Ford Netherlands and Board Member of RAI Vereniging, the automotive importers' association in the Netherlands. Beginning his career in 2000, Hans led the Operations Manager for Emerging Europe and has extensive expertise in marketing, sales, and after-sales across multiple regions. Hans holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
