Joyce Tyrrell holds an MBA in Information Systems from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and has extensive experience in communications and technical training. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Unified Communication & Services at Fordham University since July 2014, Joyce previously worked at BT Wholesale as a Technical Trainer Manager and Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included course administration, design, and documentation for training in the U.S. Joyce also held the position of System Design Specialist at NextiraOne/Nortel Networks from January 1998 to July 2003. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management and a Bachelor of Science in Network Communications Management from DeVry University, along with an Associate’s degree in Network Administration.
