Heather R. Williams has extensive experience in project management and business systems analysis within various organizations. Currently serving as an IT Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries, Heather R. Williams leads teams to enhance processes using Salesforce and Atlassian tools. Previously, within Paul Hastings, Heather R. Williams contributed as a Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator, developing innovative solutions like the award-winning Market Scorecard and Matter Management Dashboard. Earlier roles include consulting with Deloitte on knowledge management strategies, leading electronic resources projects at Emory University, and establishing copyright workflows for library instruction.
