Alicia Dias is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Process Engineer at Form Energy since June 2022, Alicia previously held the position of Senior Process Engineer. Prior to this role, experience at Desktop Metal as a Process Engineer spanned from January 2018 to June 2022. Earlier in Alicia's career, a mechanical engineering internship at HRL Laboratories, LLC, and a co-op at Gilbert Associates provided foundational skills and knowledge. Academically, Alicia earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in 2017, following a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from the same institution in 2017.
