Justin Falconer

Justin Falconer is a skilled technical professional with extensive experience in engineering and mechanical fields. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Technician at Form Energy since October 2023, Justin leads a team of Engineering Technicians to coordinate workflows and achieve company objectives while also contributing to the development of large-scale batteries for grid reliability. Previously, as an Electro Mechanical Technician at Atomic Machines, Justin excelled in building complex components and enhancing laboratory workflows. Justin's background includes specialized roles such as Upper Stage Propulsion Technician at Astra, where responsibilities included acceptance testing of rocket engine systems, and Owner/Operator at Urban Powder Coating / Falconer Industries, where Justin established a successful powder coating business. Justin holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
