Sean Hynan

Sean Hynan serves as the Head of Talent Management at Form3 since August 2018, focusing on global talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and compensation & benefits. Prior to this role, Sean held positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Partner at The ONE Group Ltd from October 2017 to September 2018, as well as Consultant roles at Broster Buchanan and Hays between 2015 and 2018. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Lincoln, where studies were conducted from 2011 to 2014.
