Kyle Webster

Kyle Webster has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kyle started their career as a Summer Sales and Marketing Associate at Nicholson and Cates Limited in 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Mercer before transitioning to a full-time role with the company. At Mercer, they held positions such as Analyst, Sales Performance, Associate, Sales Performance, and Senior Associate, Sales Performance from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, Kyle joined Forma.ai as a Customer Operations Manager and later progressed to Director, Customer Operations. Kyle then served as VP, Customer Operations from 2021 to 2022 before being promoted to Chief of Staff, their current role at Forma.ai.

Kyle Webster attended Western University from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Health Science degree with a specialization in Kinesiology. Kyle then went on to enroll at the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2012 to 2014, where they completed a degree in Honors Business Administration (HBA).
