Mariya Kushka

Mariya Kushka is a seasoned business leader currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of Forma Pro since September 2005, where the focus has shifted to strategic leadership and long-term vision. In addition, Mariya co-founded Women in Revenue in August 2022, a global network for leaders in sales and marketing, and has been an active community member of Elpha since January 2022, which serves over 75,000 women. As a co-founder of Lifehub Yabloko since March 2017, Mariya continues to impact diverse communities. Education includes attendance at the Growth Factory Academy Camp in August 2019 and a degree from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, completed between 1995 and 2000.
