Ashish M.

Ashish M. is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in business management and sales, currently serving as the Managing Director for Forms+Surfaces in India and the Middle East since February 2010. Ashish has successfully scaled the operations of F+S India since its inception as a greenfield startup, establishing multiple manufacturing units and an engineering center, overseeing a team of over 150 individuals dedicated to customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Ashish held various positions at 3M from June 2000 to January 2010, including Business Head for the Building & Commercial Services Division and National Sales Manager for the Food Safety and Hygiene division, demonstrating expertise in P&L responsibility and regional sales. Earlier career experiences include roles at Fosroc and Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited, contributing to marketing and project support. Ashish holds an Advanced Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Master’s in Marketing Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
