Joshua Ventura

Joshua Ventura currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at Formulated Solutions since March 2023, after previously holding the position of Training Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Production Manager at Slayer Espresso from October 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included implementing quality systems and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, Joshua worked as an MRO Buyer at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from September 2013 to September 2019, managing material purchasing and supplier relations, as well as holding the position of Training Coordinator during that time. Joshua also served as a Training and Development Coordinator at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Management and an Associate of Arts Transfer Degree from Green River College.
